Why does Vexias not have pre-set prices?
Each project is unique in its specifications, functionality and end goal. No pricing structure could fairly encompass every situation. While Vexias does have standard base pricing for some of its services, in the end – the total project cost is dependent upon a number of different factors. Some projects involve websites with dozens of pages and eCommerce functionality, while other projects may be a simple three page website with a few paragraphs of text and a small selection of images. Because of this, each project is quoted based upon specific factors such as number of pages, whether content is to be developed, type of applications required, and so forth.

Does Vexias offer discounts to charities, not for profit organizations, or other non-commercial businesses?
Absolutely! We recognize the important role these organizations play within their communities, and understand how difficult it can be to work with what are often limited resources and budgets. When requesting a quotation, please be sure to mention the legal status of your organization. Your quotation will reflect the percentage discount in effect based on the products and services required.
Does Vexias offer any type of payment plans, or do I pay for everything now?
The amount and frequency of payments will always be set forth before any work on your project will begin. Generally, a percentage of the contract (typically 20 to 50%) is due at the beginning of the contract, with the remainder due immediately before the site goes live, or thirty calendar days from project completion – whichever comes first. Clients may be extended a monthly payment plan, or may be required to remit payments at pre-set intervals depending on the project. A project representative will outline available payment options before work is to begin.
Can Vexias host my web site, or do I need to find my own hosting?
We are pleased to offer hosting plans on Windows, Linux, FreeBSD and Cold Fusion servers and can accommodate applications and websites utilizing Microsoft Access, MySQL, and SQL Server databases utilizing HTML, ASP, ASP.net, Javascript, PHP, and many other programming languages. If you require web site hosting, please be sure to mention this when you request a quote.
I have a web site already, and just need a few tweaks. Can Vexias help?
Yes! Whether you need a simple design tweak, or require extensive customizations – we can help. Simply Contact Us and provide as many details as you can regarding your project so that we may prepare a quote based on the work required. No job is too large or too small.
Can Vexias update my site if I need edits or changes?
If your site requires frequent editing such as adding, modifying or deleting content, images, etc, it may be beneficial for you to use one of our Content Management Systems. With our CMS, you have complete control over your content and can make changes twenty four hours a day, seven days a week using your web site admin portal.
If however you are like most people and are not comfortable with making your own edits and changes, a basic information site may be the solution and we would be pleased to complete those requests for you. As with all requests, you will always know the cost involved up front, so you can make an informed decision. If the edit is minor, generally there is no charge but should a cost be involved, you will be advised before any work has begun.
